Matthew and Bella arrive to snow ski for Bella's birthday on Sunday, Jan 19th - (she is sick and is not coming to Utah this month)

Debbie was up at 6 am.  I woke about the same time with the number that Carrolyn, the appraiser,  will come back to us with the number, $7,850,000, for the value of Floyd Nursing Home in Rome Georgia.  I wrote it down on a notepad before I took a picture and texted it to both Michael and Matthew at about 6:50 am.  Michael texted back, "That is pretty specific."  Debbie and I had prayer together and I took the charger off the Tesla before Debbie left for her weight training class at 7 am this morning.  I read and studied scriptures before exercising.  At 8:28 am Andy Morris sent the information Carolyn, the MIA appraiser, was asking for.  I emailed it to Michale and Matthew.  I got to the Legacy Center at 9:30 am and exercised on the stair-stepper for a little over 3 hours.  My heart rate ran between 120 and 150 beats per minute for 2 of the 3 hours.  Afterward, I lifted weights, did pull-ups, and walked to cool down.  I tried to call my sister Elain, but no one answered.  I called her daughter, Lori Lynn.  She has lost her sense of smell.  The wildfires seem to be behind them.  I got home and exercised on the vibrating machine.  Debbie made some tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich at 4 PM.  I received 6 copies of my Quotes and Thoughts from my 2024 Journal today.  I will send some of our children's families a copy of each book.  We watched a movie on TV, and had prayer together before going to bed at 10:30 pm.

 1 Mar 2025, Saturday Priorit ized Daily 8:00 pm - Camden opens his mission call to Dalas Texas South Mission We slept in, had prayer, and started the day.  Debbie's chest cold is not getting better.  Brad Gale, P. A., sent her a message that he would call as soon as he has a break.  I went to the Wells Fargo Bank here in town and got 200 new one-dollar bills for Debbie to make leis for Ethan and Gracie, who are graduating from high school this summer.  Brad Gale, PA, called Debbie back and sent a prescription to the Costco Pharmacy here in Lehi for 5 Azithromycin 250 mg tablets.  I picked them up and got a few groceries.  When I got home, Debbie took two of the antibiotics.   We drove over to Patrick and Anndalyn's for their son, Camden Hobbs to open his mission call to Dalas Texas South Mission.  He goes into the MTC on June 23rd.  The aunts, uncles, cousins and friends were here.  The ones that were not, those in Twin F...

 15 Jan 2025, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily 6:30 PM - Sleigh ride and dinner with Debbie at Park City (my 81st Birthday Party) I was up at 7 am, had prayer, and checked my text and email messages. Paul Ellison, Attorney in Bremen, emailed me a copy of the deed for 1.6 acres next to the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church to build a family center.  In return, they assume responsibility for maintaining the graves of William Alexander and Manah M. McAlpin and Old Indian Cemetery at N33 48 24.5029 W85 21 17.5924.  Curt Lathon, a deacon, at the church did not get back to me today if Monique at the Haralson County Tax Assessor's office got a copy of the recorded deed.   Debbie went to Laura's and took Libby to lunch.  Libby had been at a job interview in Lehi.  Debbie got her hair fixed and bought a couple pairs of shoes to try and find some that don't hurt her feet.  She can take them back in a week if they hurt her feet.   Roy Bryant calle...

2 Feb 2025, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Andrew Davis' 11th Birthday Luke Hobbs 16th Birthday Debbie and I had prayer together.  I got a text from Michael and Matthew last night.  Michael is sick with the flu.  I texted Andrew through his mother's cell phone wishing him a happy 11th birthday and Luke a text on his mobile phone wishing him a happy 16th birthday from me and Debbie.  Debbie and I attended Sacrament, Fast and Testimony meeting.  Two babies were blessed by their fathers, and many testimonies were shared.  We attended Sunday school; Brother Peck taught the class.   After church, we came home.  Matthew called on his way home from a daddy-daughter campout with Bella and Ava.  Melodie is with Madeline at a cheer competition.  Matthew told me he had played tennis and had lunch with Michael this past week.  He told me because I copied Autumn on the text I sent to Michael his hands are now tied he can not be involved in ...
