Copy, sign, and scan the LOI to purchase 3 nursing homes and 17 acres in Georgia and send it back to Jimmy Morris, Michael, Matthew, Janie, Rick, Shannon, and Holly

Abby was up early and went to her basketball practice at 6:30 am.  Debbie got up early and took Mckay to his basketball game at 7 am.  I slept in until 8 am.  I had my personal prayer, and stripped the bed; Andrew was up watching TV.  I fixed a pancake breakfast for him.  While he watched cartoons on TV I read.  When Debbie got back and Abby got home from her basketball practice, Debbie started working on finishing Abby's prom dress for tonight.  Abby took the flowers Debbie bought her to her friend so they could make bounties and corsages for tonight.   Debbie took care of and helped all the children.  I went to the gas station and filled the Subaru with gas.  When Kylie arrived we had prayer with her, Andrew, and Mckay before Debbie and I left to go back home.  It is showing and there is black ice in spots.  Ryan, Stephanie, and Carter are on their way home to Wellsville.  When Debbie and I got home in Lehi our driveway was shoveled and salt put down.  Jared knew we were coming back tonight and came over earlier shoveled the snow and put salt down so we would not slip.  Debbie and I both sent him a thank you text.  When we got home I took the trash container to the street to picked up Monday, I got the mail from our mailbox on the street.  Then I printed a copy of the LOI, Letter of Intent to sell, from my partners' families.  I signed. the LOI to purchase under their signatures to sell, scanned the document and emailed it to all parties.  I copied Michael and Matthew on it before midnight, Sunday.  Debbie and I had prayer, unpaced, and Debbie started packing for her trip tomorrow.  We had prayer together and got to bed a little after 1 am.

 1 Mar 2025, Saturday Priorit ized Daily 8:00 pm - Camden opens his mission call to Dalas Texas South Mission We slept in, had prayer, and started the day.  Debbie's chest cold is not getting better.  Brad Gale, P. A., sent her a message that he would call as soon as he has a break.  I went to the Wells Fargo Bank here in town and got 200 new one-dollar bills for Debbie to make leis for Ethan and Gracie, who are graduating from high school this summer.  Brad Gale, PA, called Debbie back and sent a prescription to the Costco Pharmacy here in Lehi for 5 Azithromycin 250 mg tablets.  I picked them up and got a few groceries.  When I got home, Debbie took two of the antibiotics.   We drove over to Patrick and Anndalyn's for their son, Camden Hobbs to open his mission call to Dalas Texas South Mission.  He goes into the MTC on June 23rd.  The aunts, uncles, cousins and friends were here.  The ones that were not, those in Twin F...

 15 Jan 2025, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily 6:30 PM - Sleigh ride and dinner with Debbie at Park City (my 81st Birthday Party) I was up at 7 am, had prayer, and checked my text and email messages. Paul Ellison, Attorney in Bremen, emailed me a copy of the deed for 1.6 acres next to the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church to build a family center.  In return, they assume responsibility for maintaining the graves of William Alexander and Manah M. McAlpin and Old Indian Cemetery at N33 48 24.5029 W85 21 17.5924.  Curt Lathon, a deacon, at the church did not get back to me today if Monique at the Haralson County Tax Assessor's office got a copy of the recorded deed.   Debbie went to Laura's and took Libby to lunch.  Libby had been at a job interview in Lehi.  Debbie got her hair fixed and bought a couple pairs of shoes to try and find some that don't hurt her feet.  She can take them back in a week if they hurt her feet.   Roy Bryant calle...

2 Feb 2025, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Andrew Davis' 11th Birthday Luke Hobbs 16th Birthday Debbie and I had prayer together.  I got a text from Michael and Matthew last night.  Michael is sick with the flu.  I texted Andrew through his mother's cell phone wishing him a happy 11th birthday and Luke a text on his mobile phone wishing him a happy 16th birthday from me and Debbie.  Debbie and I attended Sacrament, Fast and Testimony meeting.  Two babies were blessed by their fathers, and many testimonies were shared.  We attended Sunday school; Brother Peck taught the class.   After church, we came home.  Matthew called on his way home from a daddy-daughter campout with Bella and Ava.  Melodie is with Madeline at a cheer competition.  Matthew told me he had played tennis and had lunch with Michael this past week.  He told me because I copied Autumn on the text I sent to Michael his hands are now tied he can not be involved in ...
