Blake Lively filed a California Civil Rights Department (CRD) complaint against her costar Justin Baldoni and his associates on Dec. 20, 2024. -Lively, 37, sued Baldoni, 41, in December, accusing him of sexual harassment and a smear campaign. Baldoni is counter-suing Lively and her husband, the actor Ryan Reynolds, on claims of civil extortion, defamation, and invasion of privacy. Baldoni is also suing the New York Times for libel.  

On Monday, 27 January 2025 a New York judge finally set a trial date for March 2026

I was up at 6:30 am, had prayer, let Debbie sleep, unloaded the table and chairs from the Subaru Outback, and took the garbage and recycle containers to the street for the City of Lehi to pick up today.  I drove up to Utah DMV in Draper and got the Tesla registered in Utah and a 60-day temporary tag.  I paid and Lora who was helping me said the tag and 2025 sticker will be mailed to me in Lehi.  When I got home, Debbie was up and we had prayer together.  I tried calling April Baldridge, Commercial Loan Office with Shnovis Bank at the Calhoun, Georgia Branch at 706-879-4820.  I spoke to Joy, the receptionist who said April is not in today.  Tuesday is her day to work at the Calhoun Branch but she will email her to give me a call.  I called the Polaris Dealership in Heber and spoke with John in service.  He said the Polaris heater, side panel, and wench that lifts the snowplow is all working.  I told him some of the children will be up this week and will check with him on getting it up to the cabin. I texted Phil Davis with Alpha Graphics to make sure he has my 2024 Journal in Word format in Google Docs.  Alex texted us; she and Carter are coming over to spend the day at about 12:30 pm.  Libby came by and she and Debbie went to SLC to meet Jody, Libby's mother.  They are going to lunch, shopping, and spending the day and tomorrow together.  I studied the scriptures, Come Follow Me.  Alex and Carter came over around 2 pm.  I wrote in the front of the small book, Quotes, and Thoughts taken from the notes in my 2024 Journal,                                                                                   Alexandra and Carter,

             I think you will recognize these quotes, “as the rivers flow into the sea so do the days of our lives flow into eternity” and I keep a journal and record events and things that my children and family will believe in Christ and be reconciled to God for it is grace we are saved, after all we can do.  The greatest work I will ever do is among those that I love.

             I hope you will enjoy reading some of my thoughts from 2024.

I received an email from Jared at Metal Arts Foundry 790 W. State Rd., Lehi, phone (801) 768-4442, with a layout of the bronze plaque 10"X8" X3/8" with 3" bolt in the center of the back side.  They do not take credit cards so I came home and wrote them a check for $200, 1/2 price of the bronze plaque.  I sent an email to Bobby Husley with the dimensions of the plaque for a monument to fit the plaque.  Debbie came home and met Libby.  They went to SLC and picked Jody up.  Shelby met them and all went to lunch.  Shelby had to get back to school and work.  Jody brought her laundry and washed and dried it.  Later Tylee came over and visited.  Tylee had to go to work, and the rest of the group went to see a play.   Alex and I watched a movie while Carter was studying and working on a marketing project at school.  Alex shared a secret that is tearing her parent's family apart.  I fixed dinner for them and before they left at 9:30 pm Carter gave Alexandra, "Alex" a husband's blessing.  Alex offered a prayer and gave them council not to judge, but just love, and set an example of righteousness in your family that everyone you have influence on will see and feel your love.  The Holy Spirit will do the rest.  I exercised and Debbie and Jody got home.  Jody finished Shelby's laundry and we had family prayer before going to bed about 11:30 pm.

 1 Mar 2025, Saturday Priorit ized Daily 8:00 pm - Camden opens his mission call to Dalas Texas South Mission We slept in, had prayer, and started the day.  Debbie's chest cold is not getting better.  Brad Gale, P. A., sent her a message that he would call as soon as he has a break.  I went to the Wells Fargo Bank here in town and got 200 new one-dollar bills for Debbie to make leis for Ethan and Gracie, who are graduating from high school this summer.  Brad Gale, PA, called Debbie back and sent a prescription to the Costco Pharmacy here in Lehi for 5 Azithromycin 250 mg tablets.  I picked them up and got a few groceries.  When I got home, Debbie took two of the antibiotics.   We drove over to Patrick and Anndalyn's for their son, Camden Hobbs to open his mission call to Dalas Texas South Mission.  He goes into the MTC on June 23rd.  The aunts, uncles, cousins and friends were here.  The ones that were not, those in Twin F...

 15 Jan 2025, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily 6:30 PM - Sleigh ride and dinner with Debbie at Park City (my 81st Birthday Party) I was up at 7 am, had prayer, and checked my text and email messages. Paul Ellison, Attorney in Bremen, emailed me a copy of the deed for 1.6 acres next to the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church to build a family center.  In return, they assume responsibility for maintaining the graves of William Alexander and Manah M. McAlpin and Old Indian Cemetery at N33 48 24.5029 W85 21 17.5924.  Curt Lathon, a deacon, at the church did not get back to me today if Monique at the Haralson County Tax Assessor's office got a copy of the recorded deed.   Debbie went to Laura's and took Libby to lunch.  Libby had been at a job interview in Lehi.  Debbie got her hair fixed and bought a couple pairs of shoes to try and find some that don't hurt her feet.  She can take them back in a week if they hurt her feet.   Roy Bryant calle...

2 Feb 2025, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Andrew Davis' 11th Birthday Luke Hobbs 16th Birthday Debbie and I had prayer together.  I got a text from Michael and Matthew last night.  Michael is sick with the flu.  I texted Andrew through his mother's cell phone wishing him a happy 11th birthday and Luke a text on his mobile phone wishing him a happy 16th birthday from me and Debbie.  Debbie and I attended Sacrament, Fast and Testimony meeting.  Two babies were blessed by their fathers, and many testimonies were shared.  We attended Sunday school; Brother Peck taught the class.   After church, we came home.  Matthew called on his way home from a daddy-daughter campout with Bella and Ava.  Melodie is with Madeline at a cheer competition.  Matthew told me he had played tennis and had lunch with Michael this past week.  He told me because I copied Autumn on the text I sent to Michael his hands are now tied he can not be involved in ...
