Prioritized Daily

I was up at 6:30 am, had prayer, and read until Debbie woke.  We had prayer together and I went to the Legacy Center to exercise from 9:00 am to 10:45 am.  I came home and exercised for another 15 minutes before taking a nitric oxide supplement.  Later Debbie fixed a nice brunch.  Note:  I listened to some BYU spiritual talks.  One was by Jason S. Carroll from 2 Apr 2019 where he quoted from C.S. Lewis's, The Screwtape Letters. "The purpose of marriage he describes as 'the intention of loyalty to a partnership for mutual help, for the preservation of chastity and for the Transmission of Life primarily aimed at creating personal happiness." Debbie went to the bank to get some cash for tonight when she goes with the boy to the BYU Basketball game.  I called and talked to old friends, Mike Coultas in Micagan and Richard Clark in Spring City,  UT.  I also called and talked to a first cousin, Jane Shealy Chandler.  She needs help, especially at night, caring for her husband, Scot.  I called and talked to Roy and Elain Bryant.  Roy had a fifth stint put in last week.  I called and talked to Beth.  She was leaving waiting to catch her flight from Provo Airport back home.  She had Lasik surgery done on her right eye.  I tried to call Michael who was in Georgia yesterday but there was no answer.  I had dinner and watched some TV.  Later I studied scriptures and wrote in my journal.  I got a text from Debbie with pictures of the boys, Carter, Tate, Braddock, Audrey, Mckay, Andrew, Max, Jack, Porter, Ryan, Porter, and Jared at the basketball game, BYU  Cougars 80 and the Kansa State Wildcats 65 basketball game at the Marriott Center in Provo.  Ryan, Carter, Mckay, and Andrew came back with Debbie.  Later Debbie and I had prayer and got to bed around 11 PM.
