Call Rubie Lalani, Cadence Bank 404-333-2138

Call Pam Clayton, V.P. of Quality Advancement and Regulatory Requirements, GA Health Care Association 678-289-6555

9:00 am - called yesterday and left a message canceling my Physical Therapy appointment in Lehi.  I got a confirmation text this morning

Note:  When you feel as if your life has been spiraling downward, out of control, and you've hit rock bottom, look close, the rock that has stopped your fall may be Jesus Christ.  He has stopped you from falling any further.

I took my last Azithromcycin pill yesterday.  My chest and head cold still rages on.  Debbie has it now.  I followed Debbie's suggestion last night raised the head of my bed and could sleep without coughing.  Debbie got up last night and slept on the couch.  She was coughing all night.  I took her cold medicine and let her rest.  I tried to call Rubie Lalani about completing the loan application and left her a message to call.  I then called the Georgia Health Care Association and spoke with Pam Clayton about the state's requirements for a change of ownership in an older facility with 3 and 4-bedroom wards?   She did not know the answer but said she would get an answer for me from the state's regulatory agency.  Pam sent me the following Federal Guide Lines,  https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-42/chapter-IV/subchapter-G/part-483/subpart-B/section-483.90
It basically says 4-bed wards are approved and if a change of ownership occurs the new owner has a choice to accept the old owner's provider agreement with all liabilities or build a new facility with a maximum of 2-bed wards.  I called Premier Family Medical and got an appointment to see Brad Gale this Wednesday at 3:15 pm.  I downloaded our Emergency Assistance Plus but could not register; it would not accept or recognize my policy number.

I ate brunch and Rubie Lalani with Cadence Bank called me back.  We went over the SBA loan application and when she learned we do not operate the nursing homes but lease them she told me they can not make the loan.  She said she has a partner commercial loan department and will send the information to them to see if they can help.  I took the 3 remaining Quotes and Thoughts from my 2024 journal that I had printed and took to the post office and mailed to the McAlpin family in San Clemente, the Hobbs family in Clovis, and Beth and children in San Clemente with personal notes inside on the front cover.  The same as the ones I gave Alex and Carter and to Matthew, Melodie, and the girls that Matt took back home with him on Feb. 20th.  Debbie and I worked on getting 2024 tax information in a package ready to give to Matt McCleary, CPA.  Debby and I had prayer before going to bed.  We are both sick.
