Call 801-374-2367 for oncology appointment
I got up at 7:15 am and had prayer. Debbie had taken another Tynol PM pill this morning and was sleeping. I tried to call for an oncology appointment and got an answering machine and left a message for Heather, the patient coordinator. I scanned and emailed 6 different K-1s to Matt McCleary this morning. He is going to try and get our tax returns completed before I leave for Nepal in April. I got on the vibrating machine to get some exercise in this morning. I got a good night's sleep last night. The Tamsulosin Hydrochloride 0.4 Mgrelax that works to smooth muscles in the prostate and bladder did a good job. I slept through the night, 8 hours, without getting up to go to the bathroom. I don't want to be getting up in the middle of the night when I am in the Himalayas if I can go next month to Mt. Everest base camp. Debbie and I had cream of wheat, fruit, and toast for breakfast. Laura came over about lunchtime and stayed with her mother while I went to see if Matt McCleary received the K-1s I sent earlier. He was not in so I let the receptionist make copies in case the email with attachments did not go through. I drove to the oncology clinic at 1175 e 50 s, suite 171 in American Fork. As I was walking in Heather called me back. She said the doctor would read the pathology biopsy report tonight and she would call me tomorrow morning between 9am and 12 noon. I stopped at the grocery store and bought some cream of wheat. We have been eating a lot of it for breakfast lately. I stopped the the Legacy Center and exercised some before going home. It snowed last night and is snowing today. I helped Debbie walk downstairs to walk on the treadmill for 12 minutes, Laura sat in the vibrating chair, and I got on the vibrating machine for 10 minutes. Later Debbie and I had dinner and watched a movie on TV. We had prayer together before going to bed.
