Abbey Hobbs's 18th Birthday

zWhen I got my 8 hours of sleep,  I woke up.  I had Autumn on my mind and have had for several days.  I had prayer and sent her a text message.  Debbie is resting but I can hear her coughing so I know she is not sleeping well.  When she got up we had prayer together.  I received an email from Doug Yancey, an old friend in GA.  I called and talked to him.  I made cream of wheat and toast with guacamole for breakfast.  We watched a video by Tom Pettit where this month's Getting to Know Them he tell about Benjamin Franklin Johnson who was born in New York. He was baptized in Kirtland at about the age of 16.  He was a close friend of the Prophet.  BF Johnson was an eyewitness to most of the Church's History.  I paid for the privilege to see a video about early members of the Church.  It had been some time since I had received one.  Later I exercised on the vibrating machine; Kylie came over and when she left Debbie went down to walk on the treadmill.  I tried to enter information into Find a Grave but will work on it more on Monday when I can talk to someone about how to enter names and pictures and correct spelling errors.  Shelby and Bradly brought dinner to us from Zupas.  All four of us ate dinner together and then watched BYU play Wisconsin, men's basketball.  I took the garbage and recyle containers to the street that will be picked up on Monday.  Debbie and I watched a cartoon movie and had prayer before going to bed at about 11 PM.

 1 Mar 2025, Saturday Priorit ized Daily 8:00 pm - Camden opens his mission call to Dalas Texas South Mission We slept in, had prayer, and started the day.  Debbie's chest cold is not getting better.  Brad Gale, P. A., sent her a message that he would call as soon as he has a break.  I went to the Wells Fargo Bank here in town and got 200 new one-dollar bills for Debbie to make leis for Ethan and Gracie, who are graduating from high school this summer.  Brad Gale, PA, called Debbie back and sent a prescription to the Costco Pharmacy here in Lehi for 5 Azithromycin 250 mg tablets.  I picked them up and got a few groceries.  When I got home, Debbie took two of the antibiotics.   We drove over to Patrick and Anndalyn's for their son, Camden Hobbs to open his mission call to Dalas Texas South Mission.  He goes into the MTC on June 23rd.  The aunts, uncles, cousins and friends were here.  The ones that were not, those in Twin F...

 15 Jan 2025, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily 6:30 PM - Sleigh ride and dinner with Debbie at Park City (my 81st Birthday Party) I was up at 7 am, had prayer, and checked my text and email messages. Paul Ellison, Attorney in Bremen, emailed me a copy of the deed for 1.6 acres next to the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church to build a family center.  In return, they assume responsibility for maintaining the graves of William Alexander and Manah M. McAlpin and Old Indian Cemetery at N33 48 24.5029 W85 21 17.5924.  Curt Lathon, a deacon, at the church did not get back to me today if Monique at the Haralson County Tax Assessor's office got a copy of the recorded deed.   Debbie went to Laura's and took Libby to lunch.  Libby had been at a job interview in Lehi.  Debbie got her hair fixed and bought a couple pairs of shoes to try and find some that don't hurt her feet.  She can take them back in a week if they hurt her feet.   Roy Bryant calle...

2 Feb 2025, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Andrew Davis' 11th Birthday Luke Hobbs 16th Birthday Debbie and I had prayer together.  I got a text from Michael and Matthew last night.  Michael is sick with the flu.  I texted Andrew through his mother's cell phone wishing him a happy 11th birthday and Luke a text on his mobile phone wishing him a happy 16th birthday from me and Debbie.  Debbie and I attended Sacrament, Fast and Testimony meeting.  Two babies were blessed by their fathers, and many testimonies were shared.  We attended Sunday school; Brother Peck taught the class.   After church, we came home.  Matthew called on his way home from a daddy-daughter campout with Bella and Ava.  Melodie is with Madeline at a cheer competition.  Matthew told me he had played tennis and had lunch with Michael this past week.  He told me because I copied Autumn on the text I sent to Michael his hands are now tied he can not be involved in ...
