Note:  It was not as big a problem for the Lord to get the Children of Israel out of Egypt as it was for Him to get Egypt out of the Children of Israel.

I was up at 6:30 am and had prayer.  Later, when Debbie woke, we had prayer together.  At 9:30 AM, we drove to the Cardo Therapy clinic in American Fork for an hour.  I listened to an audiobook while Debbie walked on a treadmill for 35 minutes.  We stopped on the way home to get some groceries and birthday and anniversary cards that Debbie wanted to pick up.  When we got home, we had lunch, and I exercised on the vibrating machine.  I studied scriptures and watched some TV.  At 3 pm, I went with Debbie for a 25-minute walk around the neighborhood.  Laura came by later and picked Debbie up and took her to see Clara pitch in a softball game. When Debbie got home, I had soup and crackers with fruit ready for dinner.  After the kitchen was clean, Debbie and I had prayer.  She went to see her sister, Karlene, and her family, Joe L, Ashten, and the twins and baby.  Tanner did not come with them from Shelly but stayed home.  Travis and Heather Rasmussen came over and brought some homemade bread and visited.  Debbie, Karlene, and her family got back before I  went to bed at 9 PM.  I set my alarm to get up at 5 AM when I went to bed.
