Note: They twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.  Mark 10:8-9                                                                                The Shakers believed in celibacy, communal (all in common) ownership, and some were vegetarians. D&C 49, (Genesis 2:23-24) The Lord wants the twain to become even one flesh.  They are to be one (physical, spiritual, and emotional) that their oneness can bring life into the world, so that the world can answer the ends of its creation, so that we can form families.  What a waste the world would be if it were not to create families.  The world was meant to be a forest of family trees, and marriage is a key to that.  This can be hard doctrine for all who love those for whom this doctrine is hard.

I got up at 7 am, had prayer, showered, and shaved.   I let Debbie sleep in while I studied scriptures in Come Follow Me podcast, D&C 46-48.  Debbie and I had prayer before going to church at 10:30 am in the Lehi 7th Ward.  We attended Sacrament and Sunday School.  Jane and Mark Haws were at church today.  Debbie and I had a bowl of soup at 3 pm, and at about 5:30 pm we had a roast for dinner.   I studied scriptures and fixed small taco for us for dinner.  I called all the children today, but was only able to reach Matthew and Rae Lynn.  Debbie and I had prayer together before going to bed before 10 pm.

 1 Mar 2025, Saturday Priorit ized Daily 8:00 pm - Camden opens his mission call to Dalas Texas South Mission We slept in, had prayer, and started the day.  Debbie's chest cold is not getting better.  Brad Gale, P. A., sent her a message that he would call as soon as he has a break.  I went to the Wells Fargo Bank here in town and got 200 new one-dollar bills for Debbie to make leis for Ethan and Gracie, who are graduating from high school this summer.  Brad Gale, PA, called Debbie back and sent a prescription to the Costco Pharmacy here in Lehi for 5 Azithromycin 250 mg tablets.  I picked them up and got a few groceries.  When I got home, Debbie took two of the antibiotics.   We drove over to Patrick and Anndalyn's for their son, Camden Hobbs to open his mission call to Dalas Texas South Mission.  He goes into the MTC on June 23rd.  The aunts, uncles, cousins and friends were here.  The ones that were not, those in Twin F...

 4 Jul 2025, Friday Priorit ized Daily INDEPENDENCE DAY Amy Kelly's 54th Birthday 7:00 am - Freedom Run at BYU and breakfast with Beth and children Breakfast with Beth and the children 2:25 pm -Delta Flt. 2031, Pick Rae Lynn and Luke up at SLC Airport and take them to the cabin 9 pm - Fireworks at Jeff's in American Fork Debbie and I were up at 5:30 am, had prayer together, and drove down to Provo to watch Beth, Tucker, Maggie, Andrew, and Michael run in the Provo Freedom Run.  Afterwards, we went to breakfast at Maglebys' Fresh in Provo for breakfast.  On the way home, I stopped and got the Tesla washed.  When we got home, I took the Subaru Outback and filled it with gas.  I drove up to the SLC Airport and picked Rae Lynn and Luke, who flew in from Orlando.  Luke was competing in a volleyball tournament.  I took them to the cabin in Timber Lakes in Heber.  Brett and the boys, Ethan, Owen, Brody, and Weston, were there.  Brett's brother,...

 15 Jan 2025, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily 6:30 PM - Sleigh ride and dinner with Debbie at Park City (my 81st Birthday Party) I was up at 7 am, had prayer, and checked my text and email messages. Paul Ellison, Attorney in Bremen, emailed me a copy of the deed for 1.6 acres next to the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church to build a family center.  In return, they assume responsibility for maintaining the graves of William Alexander and Manah M. McAlpin and Old Indian Cemetery at N33 48 24.5029 W85 21 17.5924.  Curt Lathon, a deacon, at the church did not get back to me today if Monique at the Haralson County Tax Assessor's office got a copy of the recorded deed.   Debbie went to Laura's and took Libby to lunch.  Libby had been at a job interview in Lehi.  Debbie got her hair fixed and bought a couple pairs of shoes to try and find some that don't hurt her feet.  She can take them back in a week if they hurt her feet.   Roy Bryant calle...
