I was up at 6:15 am, had prayer, and did some situps and push-ups before studying scriptures and checking to see if Royal Caribbean had credited back on my charge cards the $2,031.12 balance from the $7,520.97 I paid as a deposit. Total Credit $5,489.85 so far.
I spoke with Jasmine with Royal Caribbean Customer Service
She gave the dates and amounts of refunds they have made. The amount is $7,520.97 on my Visa and American Express Charge Cards.
I checked my credit card statements for refunds by Royal Caribbean, the amount is $7,520.97. Afterwards, Beth came home and Rae Lynn went to the sauna. I went with Andrew and Deacon to the park. Later Beth ordered McDonalds for Andrew and Deacon. Beth took Maggie to a friends to visit. Tucker and Ethan are together; I went with Beth and Rae Lynn to Nick's Restaurant in old town San Clemente for dinner. I had a good visit with them. We came home and Beth started getting Maggie packed for her class trip to Washington DC. She is going into 9th grade, High School at San Clemente. Debbie called this evening and sent pictures of the family on the Colorodo River and having lunch at a pizza restaurant. I had prayer with Beth, Tucker, Andrew, and Ethan. I got to bed and Maggie got home from her friends at about 11 pm.
Note: I watched the movie, Seabiscuit, on YouTube. Part of it was during the great depression. 1929-1941. The longest and deepest downturn of the economy in the history of the United States. It lasted more than a decade, beginning in 1929 and ending during World War II in 1941. President Franklin D. Roosevelt instituted several social programs, such as the NRA, WPA, CCC, and AAA. Works Progress Administration (WPA), a New Deal program, was established in 1935 by President Franklin Delano Roosevelt to provide jobs and income to Americans during the Great Depression. It offered employment opportunities in various fields like infrastructure, art, and entertainment, ultimately helping to reduce unemployment and stimulate the economy. My dad, Olin McAlpin, took part in this program, working on the roads. He said the nickname for the WPA program was "We Piddle Around".
