 31 Jan 2025, Friday Priorit ized Daily pickup prescription from Costco for skin infection Debbie and I had prayer together; I showered and shaved before driving to Legacy Center for 4 hours, exercising on the stair-stepper, lifting weights, and, walking.  I listened those 4 hours to Ron Chernow's New York Times Best Seller, "Alexander Hamilton.  The children gave me the book and I started reading it but I want to use the time more effectively instead of just exercising my body, I could also exercise my mind.  I had been listening to Michal Reit's historical-fiction book, "Tracks to Freedom" but it was depressing.  When I got home Debbie had just got back from taking Tylee to lunch and visiting with her.  She fixed a nice meal for us while I showered.  The monthly check from A&M Investments came today.  I deposited it online after I ate.  I got on the vibrating machine and did some more exercises.  Debbie and I watched a movie o...

 30 Jan 2025, Thursday Priorit ized Daily Note:  These are the words that came to me last night to pray that my family and I will not trade the things of Heaven for things that are of naught and don't amount to anything.  Note: "G reat faith has a short shelf life" Elder Henry B. Eyring, Oct. 2005 Debbie was up at 6:00 am and I got up at about 6:45 am.  Debbie went to her weight training class and I had my personal prayers before starting the day.  I did some exercise on the vibrating machine downstairs while Debbe was gone.  When she returned we prayed together, and I scanned and downloaded tax information on donations made in 2024.  I went to the Legacy Center to exercise on the stair-stepper for a couple of hours.  I also did some weights and pull-ups.  On the way home I filled the Subaru with gas ran it through the carwash and vacuumed the inside,   I got home and covered the Subaru.  We ate at about 2:30 pm.  Deb...

 29 Jan 2025, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily 10:15 am - Brad Gale, PA annual physical Debbie was up early this morning and went to her weight training class.  When she got home we had prayer together.  I read in the news about the protest in the streets of Serbia because of the Railway Station in Novi Sad collapsing and killing 15 people last November.  The Prime Minister,   Milos Vucevic stepped down and the mayor of Novi Sad has resigned.  I studied the words of modern apostles and went to see Brad Gale at 10:15 am for an annual physical.  I appear to be in good shape.  Brad did complete blood work to be sure.  I went to the case wash and got the Tesla cleaned.  I came home and Debbie fixed lunch.  Later I went to the Legacy Center Gym to exercise and climb the stairstepper for an hour and a half.  My heart rate stayed about 147 bpm.  I got home at about 6 pm and Debbie was exercising downstairs.  I read som...

 28 Jan 2025, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily 8:00 am - Provo City Temple with Dan Hammon Renew Debbie's TSA and Globel Entry pass Gather 2024 tax document to send to CPA to file tax returns Debbie and I were up early, had prayer, showered, and got ready to go to the Provo City Temple.  Dan Hammond, our neighbor, picked us up and we rode to the temple.  We met Dan's parents, Ron and Alise, and attended an endowment session.  Debbie took one of Ljubica Jelicic's family names.  After the session, Ron and Alise had church meetings.  Dan took Debbie and me to brunch at Aubergine Kitchen in American Fork.  We all had Acia bowls and cheese bread.  When we got home I helped Debbie renew her TSA - Global Entry pass we use at national and some international airports.  I spent the day reading and Debbie and I had prayer before going to bed.

 18 Jan 2025, Saturday Priorit ized Daily 5:00 pm - Josie Traveller's 1st Birthday Debbie and I watching Ryan and Stephanie's children in Wellsville, UT Debbie and I slept in, had prayer, and started our day.  It snowed last night and I got the snow pusher out and cleaned off our drive and our neighbors next door.  I got my hair cut at Great Clips this morning and worked on getting things set up to go to Mt. Everest in April and to Africa to meet up with Debbie.   We ate about 2 PM and got ready to ride over to Josie's 1st birthday party at 5 pm.  Tyler's dad, Jon, his mother, Kari, were there with Tyler's sister, Emma, who is in a wheelchair and 2 of his his other 4 sisters Clair, and  Grace, and her husband.  George and Laura Gourley, Samantha's dad and mom, and Samantha's sisters, Clara and Allison.  Tyler and Samantha made egg casserole and pancakes with a platter of fruit.  We played games and sang Happy Birthday to Josephine "...

17 Jan 2025, Friday Priorit ized Daily   Cache Traveller's surgery in Salt Lake Hospital Josephine Traveller's 2nd Birthday Ryan and Stephanie Hobbs and the children coming down to Lehi 10:15 am - Payson Temple endowment, Debbie and I with Tylee  Arrive By  9:50 AM I got up at 6:30 am and had prayer.  When Debbie woke we had prayer together and got ready to go to Pason Temple and meet family members for Tylee's endowment session.  I checked my Apple watch I wore at night.  I got the highest sleep score I have ever got, 945, out of 1,000.  I do not know what they use to determine this number, my deep sleep was only 3 minutes.  I still have not heard from Paul Ellison, the attorney, or Curt Lathon, the deacon, at Pleasant Hill Church if Monique Carruth at the Haralson County Tax Assessor's Office in Buchanan, GA got a copy of the deed for 1.6 acres to the church.  We drove to the Pason Temple at 9 am.  I gave Jarred Hobbs a famil...

 16 Jan 2025, Thursday Priorit ized Daily Matthew and Bella arrive to snow ski for Bella's birthday on Sunday, Jan 19th - (she is sick and is not coming to Utah this month) Westlake Pharmacy - prescription cream dermatologist  Debbie was up at 6 am.  I woke about the same time with the number that Carrolyn, the appraiser,  will come back to us with the number, $7,850,000, for the value of Floyd Nursing Home in Rome Georgia.  I wrote it down on a notepad before I took a picture and texted it to both Michael and Matthew at about 6:50 am.  Michael texted back, "That is pretty specific."  Debbie and I had prayer together and I took the charger off the Tesla before Debbie left for her weight training class at 7 am this morning.  I read and studied scriptures before exercising.  At 8:28 am Andy Morris sent the information Carolyn, the MIA appraiser, was asking for.  I emailed it to Michale and Matthew.  I got to the Legacy Center at ...

 15 Jan 2025, Wednesday Priorit ized Daily 6:30 PM - Sleigh ride and dinner with Debbie at Park City (my 81st Birthday Party) I was up at 7 am, had prayer, and checked my text and email messages. Paul Ellison, Attorney in Bremen, emailed me a copy of the deed for 1.6 acres next to the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church to build a family center.  In return, they assume responsibility for maintaining the graves of William Alexander and Manah M. McAlpin and Old Indian Cemetery at N33 48 24.5029 W85 21 17.5924.  Curt Lathon, a deacon, at the church did not get back to me today if Monique at the Haralson County Tax Assessor's office got a copy of the recorded deed.   Debbie went to Laura's and took Libby to lunch.  Libby had been at a job interview in Lehi.  Debbie got her hair fixed and bought a couple pairs of shoes to try and find some that don't hurt her feet.  She can take them back in a week if they hurt her feet.   Roy Bryant calle...

 14 Jan 2025, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily Cancel Grammarly Pro. to not be charged on American Express Card (canceled on January 9th) 11:15 am - Jaddon Rogers Dermatologist - 220 N 1200 E, Suite 203 Lehi Debbie was up and went to her weight training at 7 am.  I had prayer, and when Debbie got home, we had prayer together.   I worked on making flight arrangements to  KATHMANDU, NEPAL.  I leave SLC on April 8th and in Kathmandu on April 11th at 5:30 pm.  I started working on 2024 taxes for Matt McCleary, CPA.  I went to my doctor's appointment at 11:15 am and saw Jaddon Rogers, P.A., and paid the $10 copay with Humana Insurance.  I got some medicine for my cracked lip, and a few stops froze off my head.  I came back home, and when my prescription was filled at Costco.  When it was ready I drove down and picked it up and made copies at UPS of the package Matt sent to me and Debbie for us to complete for 2024 tax returns.  ...

 13 Jan 2025, Monday Priorit ized Daily 9:30am - P.T. appointment, Jonathan Debbie and I had prayer and I got ready and went to my P.T. appointment.  I saw Jonathan, and the physical therapy focused on equilibrium, dragging my feet, and stooping.  My knee, which I came in to see on my first visit last month, is doing much better.  Afterward, I went to the dermatologist's office at 220 N 1200 E. in Lehi.  They could not see me today but I have an appointment for 11:15 am tomorrow morning to see Dr. Jaddon Rogers.  I got home and Debbie was cleaning the cold storage room downstairs.  I took boxes to the street and put them in the containers for the city to pick up today.  I called and talked to Matthew.  He did not know for sure if he and Bella are coming this week to Utah.  I made bed,  exercised on the vibrating machine, and did some situps.  I read and later ate before Debbie left to go over to Laura Gourley's and then to...

 12 Jan 2025, Sunday Priorit ized Daily Baylen Johnson's 22 Birthday 10:15 am - McAlpin's Abbington Memory Center Church Debbie and I were up at about 7 am.  We had prayer and got ready for church at Abbington Memory Center.  The 39th Ward provided priesthood and music.  Lee Barrus, the Elder Quorum President, conducted.  He told a story about his grandmother when she was a young girl and her mother was very sick. They were very poor with little to eat.  Her mother wanted some canned peaches.  After church services Debbie and I attended Priesthood and Relief Society Meetings in Lehi 7th Ward. I saw and talked to Brother Gary Pyne, Stake High Councilman, about the need for sacrament cups at Abbington Memory Center.  Brother Darrell Harmon is the Stake High Councilman who now has the responsibilities for the memory center but I saw Brother Pyne at church today.  I asked him if he would make sure the memory center has sacrament cups for the...

 10 Jan 2025,  Friday Priorit ized Daily 7 granddaughters sleepover at the house 11:00 am -  Mount Timpanogos Utah endowment session We were up at 7 am, had prayer, showered, shaved, and got ready to go to the Mt. TimpanogasTemple.  We went on an endowment session with Pam and Rick Allenbach.  Pam is in a wheelchair.  Debbie helped her get ready and stayed with her through the session.  She helped Rick get her in the car after the temple session.  I took Debbie to Mary Kay's warehouse to get things she wanted to use as props to teach 7 of her granddaughters tonight.  They started arriving at the house about 4 pm.  Just as Debbie and I were finishing a late lunch.  I read and studied scriptures.  I had tried to support Gracie's basketball team's fundraising in San Clemente by purchasing dinner at Panda Express.  Autumn had sent the wrong code number to connect the order with the San Clemente girls' basketball team....

 9 Jan 2025, Thursday Priorit ized Daily 7:00 am - Debbie's weight training We got up at 6 am; Debbie got ready, we had prayer, before she left to go to her weight training class.  I read, checked my email, and studied scriptures on Come Follow Me (D&C 1 and History of Church).  I did some exercises on the vibrating platform before going to the Legacy Center around 8 am when it opened this morning.  I canceled my Grammarly Pro subscription as of Jan. 15th.  I still have the basic software. When Debbie got home from her weight training, I went to the Legacy Center, and from 9 am to 1 pm I climbed the stair stepper, lifted weights, did chin-ups, push-ups and walked and jogged. I was on the stair stepper for a little over 3 hours.  I climbed about 500 floors (flights of stairs), about 6,500 steps and slow jogged about 1/4 mile.  When I got home, I showered and cleaned up before eating at about 2 pm.  I opened my email and think I got a scam ...

 7 Jan 2025, Tuesday Priorit ized Daily 7:00 AM - Debbie's weight training class Utah Maid Service Debbie was up early and went to her early Tuesday morning weight training class.  I got up at 7 am and had prayer, showered, and shaved.  When Debbie got home we had family prayer.  Matthew spent the night and when the maid service came for the first time today at 10 am, Matthew went and set in the car in the garage for his business meetings.  I checked on flights from SLC to KTM.  Tiffinie and Adam. arrived at 10:30 am to clean the house.  Debbie had me moving boxes and things to get ready for them to clean.  Matthew had a meeting and sat in the Tesla in the garage so he could talk on his phone and computer without interruptions.  We went to Cafe Zupas for lunch.  When we got home I ate some left over which will be the last meal I eat today.
